This dessert, apart from being tasty, is prepared from healthy groceries in less than 10 minutes.
Three large soft avocados
Three to six teaspoons of coconut milk
A quarter of a cup of cocoa powder
Two tablespoons of coconut oil
Teaspoon extract of vanilla
Two teaspoons of honey
Clean and cut the avocados, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour to tighten and serve the dessert stuffed with cocoa powder, chopped almonds or hazelnuts or pieces of dark chocolate.
