Baked digging with white wine and melted cheese

It is needed:
5-6 chicken legs
100 g of melted cheese
1 cup white wine
salt
ground red pepper
soy sauce
1 tsp oil

Preparation:
– Wash the digging, simmer and pour soy sauce.

– Place them in a refractory container and pour them in with white wine. Cover the container and place it in a heated oven at 200 degrees centigrade. Bake until softened.

– Shortly before being baked, remove the lid and arrange the pieces of melted cheese. Bake them until they are ordered.
