Beetroot stew for improving immunity

In a period of viruses and influenza, one of the best natural ways to improve immunity is the consumption of beets in the form of juice, as an additive in pancakes, crumbs, salads or stew.

For a tasty beetroot to refresh the body and improve immunity is necessary:

3 heads medium size beets

1 medium-sized potato

1 carrot

1 leek

a little chicken soup, optional

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil as needed

slightly sour cream for serving

Preparation:

Clean it well and wash the leek, then cut it. Carrots are washed, cleaned and made. Place a little olive oil in the preheated pan and sprinkle leeks and carrots.

Wash the beetroot and potatoes well and put them in a shell. When cooked, clean them from the shell and cut into cubes, add leeks and carrots, mix everything, then put in a blender. Add garlic powder, pepper, salt and bistro soup.

Mix everything and serve with sour cream.
