Chocolate Ice Cream


Prepare delicious chocolate ice cream.


5 egg yolks

8 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon densities

1 pack of vanilla sugar

600 ml of milk

200 grams of chocolate for cooking

250 ml of sweet sour cream


Mix with egg yolks, densities and 150 ml of milk with a mixer. Put the rest of the milk to boil, along with sugar and vanilla. After the milk is boiled, add the mixture with the egg yolks with constant stirring, then cook with constant stirring until the mixture has received the required density.

Once the mixture has the necessary density, remove from the fire, then add the chocolate and stir until melted. When the mixture cools down a bit, add the sweet cream, so mix well.

Place the ice cream in a dish with a lid to stand in the refrigerator and cool down. The finished ice cream is served in a separate container.
