At the end of the weekend, it’s always good to reward yourself with some tasty and healthy dessert. And no dessert is more delicious than the one you prepare yourself.
This is our version of some simple, healthy and very tasty cookies.
Required (for 10 cookies):
40 g of coconut flour
20 g of crushed almonds
30 g oat or barley flakes (briefly grind them)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons of almond butter (or plain butter)
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup of chocolate beans
1/4 tablespoon baking soda
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (muscovado)
– Melt the mature banana with a fork and add all the other ingredients. Stir well to merge all the ingredients. If the mixture is a hint, place it briefly in the fridge to tighten.
– Then remove the spoon from the spoon and shape the balls. Place the balls in a pan covered with baking paper.
– Place them in a heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
