Fitness instructor Anna Kaiser knows this because she has a one-year-old son, so she makes a system of exercises that you can safely practice with your baby in the comfort of your home.
“The baby works as a tag in the exercises. You do not need anything else, “says Anne, who is a personal instructor of Shakira and Kelly Ripa.
This 15-minute training includes various exercises and is fun for both the mother and the baby.
“Your mind is stronger than the body. Every woman is different and you must know what you can really do with your body, “explains Anne.
“Try to start practicing while the baby is smaller. As the baby grows, you will have more responsibilities around him, so you need strength and energy. ”
