Homemade ice coffee with maple syrup

Ingredients required:

230 milliliters of milk
350 milliliters of black coffee (or espresso), cooled to room temperature
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Ice cubes (optional)

Method of preparation:
In a jar with a lid, wash whole milk and shake it hard for one minute, that is until he made a foam. Then remove the lid and place it in a microwave oven for 15 seconds. Fill two large bowls (or jars) with ice or leave this step if you want hot late. Divide the coffee evenly into the two cups and place a tablespoon of maple syrup. Using a spoon, hold the foam as you beat the milk in the two cups, and then use it to evenly add it to the top of the glasses.
