Prepare delicious pancakes with cheese and bacon.

Ingredients for 5 pancakes:

1 egg

100 grams of flour

100 ml of milk

100 ml of carbonated water

1 teaspoon minced red pepper

Salt and cooking oil

200 grams of feta cheese

50 grams of sour cream

50 grams of cheese

150 grams of smoked bacon

A little fresh parsley

Preparation:

Mix the egg with the mixer, then gradually add the milk, flour and red pepper, and at the end add the sparkling water and a little salt. Mix well and allow to stand for 30 minutes, then fry the palings.

For the filling, combine the cheese with sour cream, grilled cheese and finely chopped parsley. Put the pancakes over with the filet, then place a finely chopped smoked bacon on each pancake on the filet. Wrap the palings and serve.
