Cream cake with chocolate and walnuts.

It is needed:

Dough Ingredients:
6 proteins
200 g of powdered sugar
200 g of crushed nuts
4 tablespoons of flour
1/2 bag baking powder

About the filet:

6 egg yolks
200 g of powdered sugar
200 g of chocolate for cooking
150 g butter

About the glaze:

200 g of sweet sour cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
250 g of chocolate for cooking
30 g butter

Preparation:

Prepare the dough first:

– Fill the whites in a solid whipped cream and gradually add the powdered sugar.

– Mix past flour, walnuts, baking powder and add them together into the cream. Mix with a wooden spoon.

– Fill the dough in a pan covered with baking paper.

– Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Then prepare the filet:

– Cook egg whites and sugar in steam.

– When the mixture begins to thicken, add 200 g of melted chocolate and 150 g of butter to it. Boil for another 8 minutes.

– Cool the hot dough in a cool dough.

And in the end prepare the glaze:

– Heat the sour cream, the honey, the powdered sugar to the boiling point in a cooking pot, but must not boil.

– In another bowl melt the chocolate for cooking with butter. In this, rinse the upper mixture and mix well.

– Pour this over the cooled filter.

– Allow the cubes to cool before killing them.

– You can decorate with the whipped cream from the cubes.
