Salad with shrimp and avocado

Prepare a healthy and delicious salad in which the main nutritional ingredients are crabs and avocados.

The pomegranates are rich in zinc, iodine and selenium. They have very little fat and calories, they contain lots of vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acids.
