Finally, you decided to start practicing, but it’s going to get cold. The most common question that arises is whether you need to go on a course during a cold or is it better to first recover?
The general rule says that if the symptoms of a cold occur over the neck (throat, nose, sinuses) you can exercise. But if the problems are located under the neck (of the lungs), you should postpone your workout.
Examples of diseases with symptoms above the neck are cold, clogged nose, mild inflammation of the throat. Examples of diseases with symptoms under the neck are chest pain, muscle pain in the body, and the like.
