Tasty and healthy sandwich with avocado salad and eggs

Ingredients required:
8 large eggs
113 grams of mayonnaise
113 grams of sour cream
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 lemon, drained
1 tablespoon alcoholic vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons spoons
3 sticks celery, chopped
1 onion, thinly cut
1 avocado, cut
8 pieces of whole grain bread
1 tomato, thinly cut
4 large sheets of lettuce
Method of preparation:
Brew the eggs in a medium fire. Then drain the eggs and wash them with cold water. Allow them to cool completely, then peel them, cut them, and place them in a medium-sized container.

In another container, smaller, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and vinegar. Mix them well, then add all the spices.

Pour the mixture onto the eggs and then add the capers, celery, onions and avocados. Gently mix to combine all the ingredients.

Divide the resulting salad of the 4 breadcrumbs, then arrange the tomatoes, lettuce and the other 4 pieces from the top.
