Why do you wake up tired, but are you sleeping enough?

The dream is one of the needs of the human organism, which if not satisfied, we can not function. A sleep deficit may impair the ability of the body to recover from everyday tiredness, and may result in weight gain and brain function disruption.

One of the most common reasons why you feel tired is because you do not sleep enough, but what about when you sleep for seven to eight hours, and you wake up tired and unconscious?

Often the cause of this type of fatigue lies in your sleeping habits, that is, the quality of sleep. Perhaps you wake up at night and restlessly sleep, and you are not even aware of it.

The non-regular sleep cycle is also an important factor. If you do not go to bed and get up at the same time every day and do not sleep the same number of hours regularly, you’ll get tired.

The routine is very important and you should stick to it the best you can, if you want to sleep well and use the maximum time you are awake.

That means you need to sleep for at least 7-8 hours and have an unbroken, strong, nightly sleep and go to bed and wake up every day at the same time.

It will not be easy if your sleep cycle is disturbed, but try to set a real sleep schedule that will include weekends.

Also, avoid taking caffeine and alcoholic beverages before going to sleep, because these ingredients cause dehydration of the body, which will mean restless sleep and frequent waking overnight.
