Chicken in Italian way


It takes about half an hour to prepare this delicious meal.


A Spoonful of olive oil
20 gr. butter
Four smaller pieces of chicken fillet
Two cloves of garlic
80 gr. dried tomatoes
80 ml of white wine
250 ml. cooking sour cream
125 ml chicken broth
60 gr. spinach
A little fresh basil

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil and butter in a pan, then add the chicken and season with the seasonings. Fry for five minutes on each side on medium heat. Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover to keep it cool.

Meanwhile, add the garlic in a deep frying pan, fry for about a minute, add the tomatoes and stir. Add wine and fry for 1 minute until evaporated, then add sour cream and chicken broth. Return the chicken to the pan and allow it to fry in the sauce for about five minutes, then add the spinach and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
