Chicken soup to boost immunity

Here’s how to prepare a healthy meal in half an hour.


Three tablespoons of olive oil

Smaller onion

Two carrots

A little celery

A little ginger

Two cloves of garlic

Teaspoon curry

Four cups chicken broth

Two cups of water

450 gr. chicken

A little leek and parsley

Method of preparation:

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the garlic, carrot, celery and ginger for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add garlic and fry for about 2 minutes, then add curry, chicken broth, water and chicken. When cooked, simmer over medium heat for another 20 minutes.

Add the parsley and leeks to the soup.
