Cream soup with tomatoes and bacon


Here’s a different recipe for cream soup.


Four pieces of smoked bacon

Tinned chopped tomatoes

A teaspoon of mustard

Four onions

Two carrots

One clove of garlic

Salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

Chop the bacon into cubes and fry it to make it crunchy. Lift it out of the fire.

Add the chopped vegetables and fry.

Add the tomatoes, mustard, pepper, and salt. When baking, add 750 ml. water and allow to boil until the vegetables become soft.

Before serving, add bacon and serve.
