Delicious cake with walnuts and apricot jam


You will prepare this delicious homemade cake very easily and quickly.

It is needed:
2 eggs
200 g of sugar
200 ml of milk
200 ml of oil
200 g of crushed nuts
200 g of bite
200 g flour
2 grilled apples
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
a little rum
50 g of apricot jam
50 g of chopped walnuts


– In a bowl, fry the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

– Add the oil, milk, walnuts, the bite and the flour that you have previously mixed with the baking powder. Swipe nice.

– At the end add the grated apples and mix.

– Pour the top mixture into a baking sheet with baking paper and put in a heated oven at 190 Celsius for 30-35 minutes.

– Brush the roasted cake with apricot jam and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
