Here’s a great recipe when you have an instant sweet food crisis or have little time to prepare dessert.
450 gr. mascarpone
Three tablespoons of sugar
¾ cup of coffee
100 gr. whipped cream
A little cocoa
Method of preparation:
Mix the mascarpone with sugar to combine. Soak the pistachios in coffee and rum. In a glass beaker pour a little mascarpone, then put a little bit of pepper (break each pie into two or three pieces). Line until ingredients run out.
Decorate with whipped cream and cocoa.
