Four weight loss tips for women who are very busy


Weightlifting and maintaining healthy body weight may seem almost impossible for you to accomplish if you have a job, plus homework and responsibilities around children.

But that does not mean that it’s really impossible. Dr. Anthony Baldows of Fit Mother Project shares four tips on how to accomplish your fitness goals and eat healthier, all without sacrifice in your private and business life.

Many women do not realize the importance of sleeping in weight loss efforts, or rather the quality of sleep.

If you add a healthy diet to a quality sleep, you will not need a lot of exercise to achieve your goal – weight loss.

He divides the advice into four groups that he explains in more detail in the video below: 1. Setting priorities, 2. Schedule meals, 3. Timely efficient trainings, and 4. Discover WHY and stay up to the plan.
