Ingredients (for two servings):
Strong black coffee, cooled
335 milliliters of sweet cream
90 milliliters of Irish whiskey
1 bar chocolate, melted
Method of preparation:
Put the coffee in a standard ice mold and freeze. Put another piece of sweet cream in another mold. From the other sweet sour cream, whip the foam and set aside.
Take 4 cubes of frozen coffee and place them in a blender, adding the whiskey. Knead until foamy. Then add 2 cubes of frozen sweet cream and whisk together with a tablespoon of chocolate. Combine the two mixtures and decorate with whipped cream and liquid chocolate. Repeat for second serving …
