Great for boosting immunity – hot tomato soup

It is well known that hot food boosts immunity and melts excess pounds, so if you are a fan of spicy and hot food, try this recipe.

Ingredients:

2-3 tablespoons oil

½ finely chopped onion

Bay leaf

500 ml tomatoes

800 ml of water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried vegetable in spice

½ teaspoon of red pepper

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon brown sugar

50 gr. small macaroni

Method of preparation:

On hot oil fry finely chopped onion and bay leaf. Once the onion has softened, add the tomatoes, add water and allow to boil. Add all other spices to the boiling stew and stir. Add the macaroni and cook for another 10 minutes until soft.
