Home Training: Stop 100 calories over your favorite song

If you do not have a lot of exercise time, this morning training is great to stir your body in the morning and melt at least 100 calories while listening to your favorite song.

You do not need weights or equipment, and if the song is longer than the average 3 minutes, you will also drop something extra. If you have more time, repeat another set.
