Homemade Cheese Buns and Ham: A Great Weekend Breakfast!
1 kg smooth flour
1 fresh yeast
200 ml of warm milk
400 ml of water
Required Ingredients for Fill:
150 grams of ham
150 grams of cheese
Method of preparation:
In hot milk, coat the yeast and allow it to rise for about half an hour.
Add salt, oil and yeast to the flour.
Mix soft dough with water.
Let it warm for another hour.
Divide the dough into 5 balls of the same size, stretch them and then cut each part into 4 triangles.
Put a little grated cheese (or cheese) and ham in each triangle and wrap.
Place the baking trays in a baking pan covered with baking paper and coat with yolk.
If desired, sprinkle with sesame or cumin.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
