Italian Delicacy: Roasted Yoghurts with Tomato and Olive Sauce

Stir the cooked yogurt with tomato and olive sauce, and roast them in the oven with cheese.


400 gr. Yoki

Canned tomatoes

100 gr. black olives

Two cloves of garlic

Dried oregano

Dry basil

Salt, pepper

Olive oil

150 gr. cheese

Method of preparation:

Boil the nuts in salted, boiling water. On olive oil, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, add canned tomatoes and 200 ml of water. Let it boil for ten minutes, season with dried spices, salt, pepper and finally add olives.

Mix the juices with the sauce, place in the baking dish and place the cheese on top. Bake until they are golden in color.
