Jam from the melons


The preparation of this jam is simple and easy, and it is ideal for pancakes, various squeals and for kittens.


4 kg. melons (2 medium sized)

3 lemons

800 grams of sugar


Cut the melons in half, remove the seeds and carve the spoon with a spoon. Put the melons in a saucepan, add the sugar and leave to stand for two hours. Place the squeezed lemon juice in the pot, and then put it on fire to boil. Cook for half an hour at a higher temperature and then cook for another hour with occasional stirring.

Jars in which you will collect the jam, put them in the oven to dry and warm. Once the jam gets the required density, as long as it is hot, assemble it in the heated jars and close it down. You can store this prepared jam for an extended period of time.
