When you want to prepare a quick and tasty lunch, prepare this meal with chicken.
It is needed:
1 piece of chicken breasts
1 large head of onions
10 olives without seeds (black or green)
about 100-200 g of feta cheese
– Cut the piece of chicken breast to the cutlets. Salt, sprinkle with pepper and a little olive oil. Sprinkle on the grill pan on the ring from both the tillers until they are well repaired.
– Remove the place from the pan and place it on a serving bowl.
– In the same pan, fry the onions that you previously cut into thin strips. When it is slightly soft, add the finely chopped garlic, the tomato is chopped into thin crescent and olive trees. Dive for a few more minutes and then remove the pan, with all the contents in it, on the side.
– Spread the vegetable from the pan over the meat pieces, add the feta cheese, chopped fresh parsley and finally pour the lemon juice.
