Lunch idea: Chicken fried

Great meal for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients:

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

10-12 sherry tomatoes

A kilo of chicken meat

Half a cup of balsamic vinegar

450 gr. mozzarella

Fresh basil

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil over the pan, then brush with the entire brush. Add salt and pepper, add the chopped tomatoes in half and shake the pan so that the tomato absorbs the oil.

Place the chicken in the middle and the tomatoes on the side. Pour another tablespoon of olive oil over the meat and bake until the tomato is soft, about 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan pour balsamic and allow to boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 7-8 minutes.

Remove from the oven, roast mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.

On top of the chicken, order basil leaves and balsamic sauce.
