Lunch Idea: Spinach Lasagna

Great idea for a quick, easy and lean lunch.

If you are fasting, you will like this recipe for the days when you are allowed to use oil.

Ingredients:

500 gr. spinach

Two onion heads

Two cloves of garlic

300 gr. lasagna without eggs

150 gr. herbal cheese

Olive oil

Oregano

Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain well and chop after cooling.

Depending on what kind of lasagna you have, you can put them in a little boiled water if they are too hard.

Fry finely chopped garlic and onion in olive oil, then add spinach and a little water if needed so that it doesn’t burn. Grate some cheese and season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Put some of the sauce in a baking pan, then add a row of lasagna pasta and arrange alternately until you have used up all the ingredients. Grate the rest of the cheese on top and bake.
