Here’s an idea for a quick and tasty lunch.
Four medium-sized sweet potatoes
Salt and pepper
Cinnamon, yogurt, butter, coconut oil
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the potatoes in a pan covered with baking paper, and preheat the potatoes with a fork.
Bake for 45-50 minutes and make sure the potatoes are baked. With a fork make sure it is soft and remove from the oven.
Allow the potato to cool, then cut with a knife lengthwise.
Add salt, pepper, and yogurt, butter, cinnamon.
