Lunch suggestion: Snacks in mushroom sauce

600 gr. pork steaks

250 gr. mushrooms

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons flour

300 ml of beef broth

Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Add salt to the steaks. Heat oil, fry the steaks – a few minutes on both sides. Remove the steaks from the pan and set aside.

Chop the mushrooms. Add butter to the pan and fry the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes.

Add finely chopped garlic and mustard and fry for 1 minute. Add flour and spread it evenly over the mushrooms, then slowly add the soup. Stir so that no lumps remain. Return the steaks to the pan and simmer until soft.

Serve the steaks with mashed potatoes or rice.
