Make your own – homemade peanut butter

Peanut butter is quick and easy to prepare.

Losing weight, preventing breast cancer and having a good sleep are just some of the benefits of consuming peanut butter. Peanut butter is packed with beneficial vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and the elements your body needs.

Peanut butter is an excellent source of protein and fiber. It does not change blood sugar levels and is great for weight loss. Consume two tablespoons twice a week and you will lose weight.

How to do it yourself?

Put a cup of peanuts in a blender. Allow about 5 to 7 minutes. You will get a creamy mixture that can be cat. You can also add some oil during the mixing if you notice the mixture is dry.

If you want to experiment with flavors we recommend the following recipes:

Peanut butter with chocolate and sea salt

3 cups of peanuts

¼ Fill with a cup of finely chopped chocolate

A little sea salt

Blend the peanuts (5 to 7 minutes) and finally add the chocolate and salt.

Peanut butter with honey and vanilla

3 cups of peanuts

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Put the peanuts in a blender and turn them on at high speed. Allow 5-7 minutes. Finally add honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil, then blend for another 2 to 3 minutes.
