Musaka with eggplant and cheese

Sunday is the day when the family gathers for lunch. If you want to surprise homegrowns with an easy and tasty lunch, try this recipe.

Ingredients:

Six eggplants
200 gr. feta cheese
Two tomatoes
One can of chopped tomatoes
Three cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan
Olive oil
Oregano

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Chop the tomato into thick circles and arrange them in a pan. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, fresh tomato cubes, and canned tomato. Season with oregano, salt, pepper.

At the bottom of the pan pour a little tomato sauce, order eggplant, feta cheese and then the sauce. Stir that way while you have the ingredients. Grate Parmesan on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
