Quick and Easy Eating: Tomato and Basil Bruschetta


Try this easy-to-read Italian recipe that is delicious to eat.


Six-seven sherry tomatoes

Two cloves of garlic

¼ onion bulb

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic

A few leaves of basil

450 gr. french bread

Method of preparation:

Chop the cherry tomatoes into cubes and mix with the onion and garlic, balsamic, salt, oil, pepper and basil.

Slice the French bread into thick slices about a centimeter, place them in a pan, then sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake the bread briefly in the oven until golden. Place the mixture on top and serve.
