Half a cup of grated cheese of your choice
1 tablespoon of sour cream
One clove of finely chopped garlic
Two tablespoons of mustard
Four pieces of steak cut into long pieces
300 gr. spinach, washed and cleaned
1 tablespoon olive oil
180 ml. chicken soup in a cube
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
In a small bowl, mix grated cheese, sour cream, garlic, mustard and a little pepper. In the middle of each slice, put spinach, two tablespoons of the cheese mixture and roll as they roll. Fasten with toothpicks.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add the chicken rolls, and fry for 5-8 minutes until golden. Reduce the temperature, add some water, cover and allow to stand for 10 minutes at medium temperature. When the meat is ready, place it on a plate.
In the pan, add the chicken soup, lemon juice, remaining tablespoon of mustard and a little salt. Cook until the mixture thickens. Remove the toothpicks, slice the rolls and slice with the sauce.
