Very tasty and easy to prepare.
It is needed:
4 zucchini green and yellow
1 medium large onion onion
1/2 cup (150 ml) finely chopped fresh dill
1-2 fresh chili peppers
1 tsp of syrup seed
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup of sugar
- Cut the squash on thin wheels. Do the same with the onion. Put whole vegetables in a strainer and then stand in the refrigerator for several hours to drain the excess liquid.
- Then gently squeeze the zucchini and onions with your hands and distribute small jars along with garlic cloves, chili pines on which you have previously sewn the seeds, dill, parsley and the seeds of syrup.
- In a bowl of cooking, make sure to boil the water and with the vinegar, sugar, and salt. Leave only a boil briefly. Then pour the vegetables into the jars with this liquid. Allow to cool and store in a refrigerator.
- You can eat cooked zucchini in sandwiches with cheese or cheese spread, and you can also enjoy a grilled piece of meat.
