Specialty Dijikkuliai: It’s hard to pronounce, but it’s easy to do

This Baltic dish may have a name that you can hardly say and remember, but you will surely not forget the taste.

For the preparation of this specialty you will need three pounds of potatoes, salt and corn flour.

For stuffing you will need 500 grams of minced meat, garlic powder to taste and two tablespoons of cold water.

Cook half a kilo of potatoes and let them cool down. Hand over the remaining potatoes through a gauze or cotton towel.

Blend the potatoes and peel them, mix the mixture with the raw grated potatoes, salt to taste (for this mixture 1 to 2 teaspoons of salt).

Mix the filler and make forms similar to kebabs.

Then, from the potato mixture, make a burger in the palm, place the meat in the middle and then wrap it to get a form of zeppelin.

After spending the mixture, cook the “zeppelin” in boiling water for 40 minutes and then serve with sour cream.
