Tuna salad for those who keep the line
500 grams of bread
2 tuna cans
1 large red pepper chopped into cubes
75 grams of chopped onion
15 grams of chopped fresh parsley
120 ml of lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Mix the breadcrumbs, tuna, pepper, onion, parsley, two tablespoons of olive oil and half of the lemon juice. Season with pepper. Mix the remaining lemon juice with the other two tablespoons of oil and salt, then mix the salad with the mixture.
