Tasty coffee for those on a non-dairy diet
250 ml of almond milk
2 extended doses of espresso (optional with vanilla)
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon agave syrup (you can substitute with maple syrup or honey)
Method of preparation:
Add the almond milk, vanilla and syrup to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Boil until steam evaporates from milk. Using a blender, mix the milk until it thickens and pour into two separate bowls. Add freshly prepared espresso. Serve immediately.
